Commonly Asked Questions:

Q: I missed placing my order by my division’s stated deadline, can I still get my shirt?
A: Yes.
All shirts are printed the same. However, arrival in time for your competition will no longer be possible. You may still place an order at any time, so long as the store has not yet closed. Simply choose a different division in the drop-down menu.

Q: Why is there a deadline I need to place my order by?
A: 
Production of these items will be done in batches for the sake of timely processing through our shop. 

Q: Why are these printed in “batches,” don’t you have them in stock?
A: 
Please note that we are unable to carry pre-made stock in our warehouse due to limited floor space. As such, we will order the required qtys of shirts from our suppliers once we have closed an order window and tallied them up. We cannot change our submitted qtys to our suppliers once we have given them. This is why we ask that all orders be placed before stated deadlines.

Q: If I choose a different division, will the shirt be different?
A:
All shirts will have the same print. 

Q: I’m not shipping my order, why am I still asked to fill out my address info?
A: Our system requires billing information related to your card for the order to process.

Q: I would like to check on the status of my order, how do I do that?
A: We ask that you have your order number and/or full name given at the time the order was made so we may locate it in our system. This will allow us to determine if the order has been listed as “Processing” or “Completed” among the specifics of the item(s), and the billing/shipping info. We will do our best to give an estimated date of total completion after reviewing the production status of the item(s).

Q: I ordered a size which does not fit. May I exchange it?
A: We are unable to offer size exchanges for these items, as they are Made-To-Order. Please be sure to carefully review posted size charts within an item’s description.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: These items are Made-To-Order, and as such are subject to a 4 week production time. An email notification of completion will be sent to the email used to place the order. Be sure to check SPAM folders for this notice!

so that we may get those items to you sooner! And will help everyone save on shipping costs!

Orders placed WITHOUT payment submitted for shipping/handling will be set-aside for
FREE LOCAL PICKUP AT THREADS, located in Traverse City, MI.

It’s possible that somewhere along the way we made a mistake with your order, but don’t fret! If it’s our responsibility, we’ll take care of things lickity-split!  On occasion though, the responsibility of a mistake falls upon a customer.

Ordered Wrong Size
You ordered wrong size or it did not fit to your satisfaction.
Placement Issue
If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1″).
Artwork Issue
Low quality print as a result of not following image requirements. (i.e. incorrect print size, resolution (DPI), color profile, or invisible pixels.
Incorrect Image
We printed the wrong image.
Incorrect Address Provided
You or your customer made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.
Wrong Item Sent
We sent you the wrong garment, color, or size.
Incorrect Image
You selected the wrong image to be printed.

HOW OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS WORKS!

Stated deadlines are for delivery timeline purposes only, all shirt fronts are the same.
You are welcome to select a division with a sooner delivery date.

The items featured on this store are Made-To-Order. 
As such, we do not warehouse and do not intend to print extras.

ANY orders submitted beyond the scope of the given deadlines will run the risk of not arriving in time for competition.

Once a division deadline has been reached we send exact shirt **size/qty numbers to our suppliers, these reach us in 2-3 days. You may order in an earlier division to receive shirts sooner.

**Qty’s submitted to our suppliers beyond the posted deadlines cannot be guaranteed in time for your meet. Division deadlines are for delivery timeline purposes only.

Our production team will then print and sort shirts into individual orders to be mailed or set aside for local pick up at Threads.

We will require payment for shipping/handling before your order will be mailed.

Check the email used to place your order; be sure to check SPAM folders as well, for a notification of completion!
